Hotel room was so hot and air conditioning didnt work. Room was a balmy 27 degrees.I called several time the reception to do something about it and they saud they would send someone. Several hours later nothing happened so I had to physically go downstairs and argue with them to give me a new room at 12:30 at night. Also no soap was provided. Bad experience and bad service

I raised hygiene issues when I checked in last month, but I didn't expect it to remain the same this time; due to the aging of the bathroom seals, the bathroom was filled with water and very slippery after taking a shower, and the entire floor mat was soaked. I called the front desk and asked the cleaning aunt to come and mop it up and replace the floor mat. The reply said that the aunt was off work and would give you two bath towels and spread it yourself. Although the aunt may do this when we can't see it, but if you do it in front of the guests, it's hard not to remind the guests that the bath towel I use may be the one that the previous guest wiped the floor with! How do you make people feel safe to check in again?
