Top class resort that exceeded expectations on all fronts. Within walking distance to hiking trails, mountains and tea farms and village.
Butler Gerry was attentive and always find a yes to our needs during stay. 5 star service.
Hotel lift to hill could be better designed with a covered link way from hotel ground rather than having to cross road and walk up hundred steps to take lift. A link bridge from lobby level to the lift deck will make this hotel perfect. Hill lift should start operating earlier so guests can go to top and see sunrise and morning clouds. These are the omly thing worth noting for future improvement.
All in all, 5 stars. We will be back.
