滿意挺好的。車到門口停車方便，前台服務態度很好，附近很多餐廳，空中泳池乾淨，附近還有大型温泉區（自費），各方面都不錯

一家人去贛州，找了新豐落腳點，選了這家泡温泉， 我是完全衝著天台有個露天無邊際泳池訂的 。 結果我們30號晚上去 泳池沒有注水， 失望了。

第一次寫差評。提供慢充樁衹有這一點是可取之處。不滿意的地方： 1、民宿九樓的空中温泉開放指示牌純粹是假提示！空中温泉空中泳池衹是戳頭，週五入住的客人絕對是沒有這個設施服務的！泳池的水要週六中午十二點後才放水，前台説要週六下午三點後才滿水，“建議多住一晚”？！這是幾個意思？毫無誠信可言！設施不允許週五使用泳池可以在平台上註明，不至於讓客人掃興而回！我們來梅坑泡温泉也不是第一次，設施設備比喜泉好的新凈的民宿多的是，這次是衝著空中泳池而來的，實在讓人失望！ 2不滿意的第二點是衞生不好，浴巾黑黃有污跡、浴室沒有乾濕分離； 3不滿意第三點，作為攜程鑽石會員，住過許多酒店，沒有遇到過三番五次一點前催促退房的前台！入住時對於我們提出延遲退房的要求也不情不願，明明沒有滿房的情況下對客人包容一點才是待客之道。

屋頂的無邊泳池很無敵，法定假期去還可以免費看煙花，房間乾淨舒適，房間裏的温泉池很大，附近的農家菜美味又實惠。
