The soundproofing of the hotel is not very good, but it is very quiet at night when everyone is asleep. The service attitude is warm and friendly. When checking in, the lobby staff added WeChat and quickly sent service information and surrounding dining suggestions. Say hello to every staff member you meet. There are many varieties of breakfast and the overall hygiene is good. The hotel is very close to Huangya Pass. Many couples with children or elderly people stay there on weekends. It is a good place for leisure.

The rooms are spacious and have terraces. Some rooms have direct mountain or lake views. They provide 24-hour uninterrupted power supply and books. 酒店環境挺好，外面就是一個很特別的塞外江南小鎮！酒店前台楊穩熱情周到，有問題及時解決，回覆特別快，很滿意楊穩的服務！房間寬敞舒適，不過缺點是隔音一般，隔壁大聲説話可以聽到，因為節假日早餐人很多，菜式也一般！不過整體性價比很高！

青松嶺阿爾卡地亞酒店所屬的位置非常的奇特，重山環繞，山明水秀，酒店設施非常完備，不間斷的安排了很多活動，一家人非常開心，特別是酒店的服務，讓我們感覺非常的舒適。剛到酒店，一位名叫楊穩的前台熱情接待了我們，不僅業務純熟，而且從吃，住，行等各個方面詳細介紹，讓我們能夠有的收矢，真心感謝！以後還會常來。

環境設施還可以吧，空調很給力，因為入住天氣比較涼，空調很暖和，早餐遇到節假日比較忙亂，排隊多，餐食跟不上，好多都是空的 大堂經理任闊飛，服務周到，人很熱情，比其他服務員服務好，感謝您的熱情服務！

酒店舒適安逸，比起其他人滿為患的景點，是個全家放空增進親子關係的好地方。離北京也就100公里出頭，不會舟車勞頓。酒店對面的飯店有炒菜有烤串，體驗到當地人的純樸熱情，味道物超所值。不錯的短途行。

酒店環境非常好，裏面有個小鎮晚上可以遛彎兒，等待店鋪快點營業。服務員特別熱情，帶我們到房間，給我們介紹各種訊息，酒店裡面有個淘氣堡，挺大的，小孩兒玩得挺開心，推薦週末帶小孩兒一家人來遛遛，放鬆放鬆，園區的風景也很美，這會兒去停車場都是免費的，太難得了🙂
