前台和保潔阿姨都很熱情禮貌，之前已經住過幾次多這個酒店，印象很好。今天走的時候讓前台幫我保管幾個小時包。也很耐心。床睡得挺舒服，出行和吃東西都很方便。環境不錯，酒店位置去哪兒都很方便，主要是服務細節做的很到位，一如既往的好，早餐很棒，有免費停車位，房間乾淨舒適，裝修簡約不失大方，整體環境温馨幽靜，提出問題都能用心解決，下次還會選擇。

第一次入住巴里島假日酒店，免費升級了房間，設施設備齊全還有洗衣房健身房，贈送了雙早，7-10點用餐時間，給我這種懶人賴床的人也特別照顧，我10點才去，還給留了很多好吃的，社恐，還可以打包帶走，好貼心，客房和前台服務也很到位，走的時候落下個袋子雖然是我不要的，前台還特意打電話問我是否需要，真的很暖心，還會在來的~
