The location of the hotel is very good, in the core area of Xingtai city, very close to major shopping malls, behind the hotel is the Zhongbei Night Market, which is very convenient for eating, drinking and playing. There are ground and underground parking lots, and the front desk and floor services are very good. The small disadvantage is that the TV is a bit old and cannot be connected to the hard disk and the mobile phone. I hope to keep pace with the times in the future.

房間寬敞乾淨，設施齊全，配套完善，房間裏有很多小驚喜，服務更是熱情周到，是我住過的最好最舒適的酒店，已經推薦給朋友，下次再去邢台玩，依舊會選擇康年方雅酒店。
早餐豐盛，品種非常全。酒店入住期間，贈送的月光寶盒服務裏有免費的水果、飲品和小吃。
第二天退房的時候前台還送了很多貼心小禮物，温暖又治癒！

住過好的壞的各種五星級酒店，這家酒店真的是我非常願意主動給滿分好評的，因為地理位置好選擇了這家酒店，來了覺得服務真的有種意外的好的感覺，各種細節衹有你想不到，沒有這個酒店做不到的，第一個讓我覺得一般五星級酒店沒有的就是他們提供的免費借用的物品，基本就是有幾十個，而且有些真的自己想不到的在上面都可以選擇，個人覺得來這個酒店基本什麼都不需要帶了.其次就是每天都有可以選擇的免費水果和用品，衞生間提供的東西基本上都是能給你提供的都放盒子裏了.來邢台必選康年酒店[強]

服務真的很好，滿足客人基本的所有需求，辦理好入住後房間贈送了一份月光寶盒服務，有免費的一些水果和飲品可以點，然後他們會送至客房，酒店的每一位服務人員都很熱情，晚上回酒店，老公想喝酒，驚訝的是啤酒也是免費的，要了啤酒，居然還可以點鹵味小吃。給老公開心壞了，由於出門兒着急，忘記帶充電寶，給酒店打了電話，也會貼心的送來，住過無數酒店，第一次來寫好評，不管是多少錢的酒店，第一次在這個酒店體驗了什麼叫服務，總之，真的非常棒的，很多細節，看得出服務很用心。好多五星級都沒這麼貼心的服務。哦對了，離小吃街都很近哦！步行就可以到

非常差，服務不專業，很多問題答非所問，房間一股煙味加尿騷味，睡一晚上薰得渾身是味。隔音奇差，旁邊哼哼唧唧都聽到很清楚。燒水壺一股酸味，不知道上個住客用來煮什麼。房間就兩瓶雜牌礦泉水，還不肯多給。
早餐亂七八糟，非常糊弄，連一般連鎖經濟酒店都不如。還衹到9點。這一盆底小橘子就是全部水果，連塊西瓜都沒有。
