We booked 2 rooms..we are given rooms next to each other but 1 room, everything in it there are nothing in good condition. The window lock is spoilt. I did not mention anything as I think the room is at a high level. So there will be no problem with security. The cupboard lock is also falling apart. The lighting in the room is so dark.. the worse part, there is no light in the bathroom. Only light in the toilet. They ask me to leave the bind open, and then the light from the room and toilet will shine in as there is not much they can do..I really don't understand how come there is no light install in the bathroom in the first place. How can they can give out such a bad room to a guest when they are still lots of other room available.

真的很一般。
1.停車很不方便。地面停車位衹有十幾個，起來車輛也能停，充電也是慢充。地下停車位在負三層，彎彎繞繞，又窄又黑，新手司機分分鐘就撞。最離譜的是，凌晨十二點我一歲的小孩從床上掉下手脱臼了着急去醫院，在地下停車場的停車桿前卡了十幾分鍾出不去，因為新能源車是六位數，前台一直説我們車牌號無法輸入，讓我們不停重複車牌號。可是車桿不抬一直出不去啊！小孩又痛又哭，我們很着急，前台衹是一直機械性重複説我們車牌號錯了，後面我們要聯繫到物業才能把桿抬開。萬幸衹是脱臼，如果是吃東西卡喉嚨、窒息等後果不堪設想。
2.衞生條件真的一般。我們是6月份來的，進到房間一股黴味，地毯全是發黴點，被子都是濕濕的。
3.早餐管理混亂。我們定了六間房，考慮到都需要2在酒店用餐，特地定的到【有早餐】的房型。到現場發現其實沒有人核實，所以如果不定有早餐的房型也可以。而且早餐種類真的很少：饅頭、玉米、粥、兩個小菜、清湯燙粉（可以加點肉沫）。
4.床品很糟糕。我們12個人一起出行的，7個人都反饋床墊太塌了睡得渾身疼，一晚上睡不着。睡不着對於旅行的人來説很鬱悶。
但是總的來説，房價衹要150，這個價位也還對得起了，好處是這個酒店旁邊吃的也蠻多，逛的地方也有。沒有拍圖，隨便傳一張風景找，馬嶺河大峽谷很值得去，風景很美。

從萬峯林回來的路上訂了這個酒店，在小區附近也靠近派出所讓我感覺安全有了很好的保障，前台小姐姐很熱情，給我推薦了很多好吃好玩的，酒店附近還有一個本地人愛逛的早集，房間寬敞，衞生乾淨整潔，打車開車都還比較方便。入住體驗感不錯。
