商家利用天氣因素，以低價促銷豪華大床房為噱頭，誘騙顧客入住，下單後二次降價，安排房間時用最差的房間敷衍。房間內通風百葉窗灰塵堆積嚴重，百葉窗外是破舊居民樓豎井，縷縷惡臭味直沖天靈蓋，能清晰聽到居民樓徹夜通宵打麻將的噪音。床單上有很明顯的黃色污漬，熱水器壞的無法使用，拖鞋骯臟不堪，進門正對床放一塊破鏡子，欲對住客行巫蠱之事。房間角落煙灰缸裏有未處理的煙頭，衞生間有未處理的洗髮露包裝袋。以上種種真是“豪華”得顛覆三觀，便宜沒好貨，千百次外出住宿最**的一家。

這個價位很實惠，不要求啥自行車了，房間門不能從外面反鎖，甚至不需要鑰匙就能扭開那種，出去得把自己的物品帶上，隔音一般，不過交通方便，附近吃的很多。還有一個需要注意的點，房間是插卡取電，但是不能關燈，沒有關房間燈的開關，衹有廁所燈的開關，不太人性化，衹能取卡斷電來關燈。

距離學校近，但是設施比較老舊，不過老闆人不錯，在入住之前會説清楚，帶你看完房間之後再讓你決定住不住，這個價格將就一晚上是可以的了

第一次安排的房間，剛進去10分鐘不到燈泡就爆熄了，然後換了一個房間，結果那個房間的反鎖是壞的，沒有安全感可言。看店的阿姨衹顧着打麻將，無心營業。還有那個熱水器一言難盡了，這是一家早該被淘汰掉的旅店。
