The front desk supervisor puts service first and treats customers as family. Since we missed the meal time due to the flight, the front desk supervisor invited us to a working lunch. In addition, for the items we placed last-minute orders, the front desk arranged for hotel staff to pick them up in order to reduce the guests’ workload. The hotel staff took the initiative to carry the luggage and enthusiastically introduced the tour guide of Wanfenglin. The staff at Wenfeng Panoramic Hotel are warm and thoughtful, and you can feel the warm atmosphere at home. Next time I go to Wanfenglin, I will book a place with panoramic view at Wenfeng.

The B&B is in Shangnahui Village, which is at the end of the village. If you drive, you can drive up. It takes about four hours to drive from Guiyang. The road after entering the village is narrow, so be careful when meeting other cars.

Although it is off-season, the hotel has a good location and fresh air. We stayed there for two days. The boss knew that we had to leave early for Guiyang, so he came to make breakfast for us at 7 o'clock. The service was good. I suggest that the hotel add more meals to save us from going out to eat😄

The B&B has a great environment, the room is comfortably designed, the owner also provides airport pick-up service, although the breakfast is simple, it tastes good, it's a satisfying leisure trip, it's pretty good 👍👍👍

The boss is very nice. The hotel staff came to pick us up at the airport on the day we arrived. The boss personally cooked local specialties for us that night. The hotel also gives people a homely feeling. There is a small courtyard at the door, and the flowers and plants are also very tasteful. The view of Wanfenglin is also very beautiful! On the day we left, the hotel staff also drove us to the airport. I really appreciate this handsome guy! I will recommend this homestay to my friends in the future.
