前台態度非常好，到酒店第一印象非常貼心，服務周到，這麼冷的天到酒店就可以喝到熱茶，非常暖心，出差首選。

首先辦理入住時間長，晚上六點入住高峯期工作人員少，等了很長時間。其次酒店是翻新後的，房間內的設施老舊，窗户是老式樓房的那種不隔音，樓層也不隔音，早上六點樓上的走路聲咚咚的。衞生打掃的也很差，床單枕頭黑乎乎的像沒更換。。。總體很不好

第一次給酒店差評，因為震驚了！
它的衞生間可以説比和公廁差不多，座圈發黃，花灑是壞的，所有毛巾舊到發硬，廁所到處都臟兮兮的。
更絕的是，房間裏沒有電話，無法聯繫前台。你們倒是清靜了！
一晚上玄關的燈都沒法關閉，沒法關都算了，它居然自己一會兒亮一會兒關，就這麼發瘋了一晚。
開了眼了，這麼個垃圾房間被我見識了。

小縣城200多的酒店能差到這種地步，服務差，衞生差，隔音差，空調差，水壓低。我兒子滋個尿都比花灑水壓高，工作人員來查看硬説水壓沒問題，要前台換個房間還在那扯東扯西，空調開半小時都不製冷，垃圾酒店！！！

房間寬敞乾淨衞生，裝修設施都比較新，服務也很好，因為家人有長者行動不便還免費升了房型，在酒店吃了一頓午餐不錯，是當地比較地道的特色味道，很值得來旅遊或是出差住宿的選擇。

房間裏很香，床睡着舒服，房間裏有免費的水，衞生乾淨，前台小張服務也很熱情，主要設施比較好，交通方便，還是比較推薦的！性價比不錯的一家酒店！

想知道酒店衞生是怎麼過關的？這麼大一塊臟東西！估計是從來沒打掃過馬桶周邊的衞生，被套上還有圓珠筆的劃痕。最讓我不能接受的就是當天快三十度的天氣，你作為一個錦江旗下的大酒店，你空調衹能熱風？你沒搞錯吧？一整晚熱的沒睡着後面給前台打電話，前台就是一句話空調衹能是熱風，其他沒辦法！還有，我不知道是我入住當天人太多還是本來酒店水就不熱，水温就算了水還超級小，這個酒店還是避雷吧！
衞生：大塊污漬都擦不乾淨
設施：空調衹能單獨制熱
環境：一般，
服務：有待提高，好歹等別人問完問題在掛電話，找停車邊找半天，打電話過去話都沒説完就被掛斷！
