This is an excellent hotel and we really enjoyed our stay here. Tina at the counter was very helpful in providing information for us and we enjoyed her recommendations for local food. The other staff we came into contact with, from cleaning personnel to other hotel employees, were very nice and considerate. The breakfasts were very well done and included not only a rich spread of Chinese food, but also a very nice spread of Western food. In addition, we felt the cost to benefit ratio was exceptional. We would definitely stay in this hotel again in the future. The room was delightful and the whole place was very family friendly!

Very nice hotel, the swimming pool was amazing. The gym was very clean. The room was hard to cool, it stayed warm even with open windows. Staff is friendly, but english is limited.

Very beautiful hotel with lovely staff. The girl at reception who spoke good English was particularly lovely, really enjoyed our stay here.

Very helpful staff; super clean and modern; very nice pool and gym. We only had the breakfast buffet- mostly Chinese fare- good value if you are hungry!

Very kind and courteous staff. The room is well equipped and has a good layout. Breakfast with wide selection of Chinese and Western options. Definite recommendation!
Only minor point is the cleanliness of the tables in the restaurant, especially the mats on the table and chairs could use a wash. Not the end of the world, but for a hotel of this class I would expect better.

Nice hotel close to the central square where a shuttle bus from the airport have a stop. 10-15min.

The room itself in the hotel was amazing and especially considering the price we paid. 10/10. There is a small convenience store next door at the bottom, which makes it easy to get essentials. There is a man, I didn't get his name. He was on night shifts at the front desk with glasses and was by far the most helpful hotel receptionist I've ever met. These things make me look back very fondly on my stay at Sanyu.
