The room was clean and tidy, and it was convenient to find places to eat and shop nearby. Check-in was fast, and the staff were warm and attentive. The breakfast was plentiful, with hot dishes, cold dishes, noodles, rice, and pastries. I even tried the freshly cooked wontons, which tasted great! 👍 The scenery in Qinghai is absolutely stunning!

I had a fantastic stay at the Richen Ruihuan Hotel in Xining! The location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very restful night's sleep. The staff were warm and attentive, making check-in efficient and considerate. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Whether you're traveling for leisure or business, this is a great choice. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time I'm in Xining. Highly recommended!

I have to give a special shout-out to the breakfast and laundry room on the 13th floor. Breakfast is served on the 13th floor from 7 AM to 10 AM, and the variety was much richer than I expected.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-laid out. The location was excellent, very close to the Qinghai Museum, and you could walk directly along the pedestrian shopping street to the commercial area near the museum. The only downside was that the towels and bath towels were old.

I stayed for two nights in a row, and I've already reviewed the first night. The front desk service was excellent and very welcoming. The room was also very quiet, and any issues were promptly addressed. I hope they keep up the great work!

I seriously question the hotel's management! Since Xining is so busy during peak season, it's impossible to get through to customer service. My main issues were: 1. The bathroom lights were broken, the hallway had no light, and the shower was extremely dim. 2. The conditioner pump was broken; I couldn't pump it out or even pour it out. For a price of 500-600, you'd expect at least a basic room check. With such a careless attitude, I doubt they even maintain basic hygiene, which makes me feel very uneasy.

There's a Luckin Coffee in the hotel lobby. It's a bit far from the city center, but Xining isn't that big, so getting a taxi to the Great Mosque, Xi'nanguan Street, and the TV Tower was still convenient. It's quite a distance from the airport, which is to the east, while the hotel is a bit to the west.

Great location with plenty of food options nearby. The room had air conditioning and was relatively quiet. The front desk staff were helpful and responsive. Parking right at the entrance was very convenient, and there's even a coffee shop.

The environment is average, but the location is convenient for getting around.
