The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the high-speed train station and easy to find. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

Five-star review! From the service to the facilities and the thoughtful management, everything was excellent. They even provided a humidifier for me, and the breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. Definitely a five-star experience!

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is just opposite Xining Train Station and is quite convenient for transportation. The hotel room was clean but having cigarette smell even though I requested for non smoking room. The safe in the room was not working and the bathroom drainage was blockage. Most of the hotel staff here are not friendly and helpful. I would stay in other hotel if I visit to Xining again.

Great location, amazing reception and nice decor. Only thing I could pick on was I wasn’t very used to the varieties of breakfast served and there was a few groups of tours during my stay and it could be challenging to get a table and get around the lift if you have breakfast and go out at the same timing with them.
