Xining Qinggan Hotel

The room was clean, the front desk service was very good, and the environment overall was quite nice. It offers great value for money and is highly recommended.

The lady at the front desk was so kind and upgraded our room for free. The hotel has a laundry room, which is really convenient for travelers. They also offer parking. The room was very spacious, with no unpleasant smells. The hotel's decor is unique and the soundproofing is excellent, so we had a very peaceful sleep. Right next door is their Baojie (Leopard Street), making dining very convenient. They even provide disposable toilet seat covers, which is a nice touch!

The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the internet speed was excellent. The soundproofing was also very good. We even stayed at this hotel again after our trip to Qinghai Lake the next day. The service is truly amazing, and there's even a small park nearby!

The triple room was very spacious and bright! And it's pet-friendly, dogs are very welcome, which we really appreciated! The front desk staff was incredibly patient; they kept explaining over the phone how to get there because of a slight issue with the parking lot that day. They were super friendly and polite throughout the whole process. Loved them! ♥

Facilities: The hotel's decor looked nice. We were upgraded to a larger room upon arrival. The room was decent, but there was no air conditioning; instead, there was a fan that made a squeaking noise. It was noisy at night, but very hot when it wasn't on. Service: The service was quite good. My travel companion had a problem with their room, and they helped us change rooms, although the new room wasn't very clean. We chose this hotel because we wanted to see the projector, so it was quite far away. However, due to the room problem, we couldn't see the projector, and the cleanliness of the new room was questionable. The overall experience was poor. We booked it because of the hotel's impressive signboard, but the result was disappointing. The breakfast was okay.
