設施：乾淨整潔。 牙刷太不好用了，太硬，建議換一下
服務：服務好。 酒店管理層有點死板不夠靈活，給底層員工的權限不夠，升級房間的權限都沒有，建議管理層靈活一點，不然生意可能沒那麼多客人吧

酒店是當地比較老的酒店，但是性價比還是可以，離新津中學挺近的，走路10多分鐘，床上用品乾淨衞生，就是本人容易沒安全感，因為設施太舊了，門沒有專門的鎖釦，二次鎖暗釦，衹有門鎖，一個女生住比較害怕，希望能改進這一點，但也還好，因為酒店是單獨的一棟樓，有前台小姐姐守着

空調開了半個多小時都是冷風，反應了弄了很久都沒弄好，隔壁弄好了但換隔壁要加錢、那不加錢的可以換吧，得 換樓上的，樓上換上去洗個澡，新問題又來了，地漏全堵了，都滲到外面了，時間都快晚上12點了，反應了説讓工程來，我老婆剛洗完澡啊，那麼晚了，算了，真的太差了，説設施設備太老了的原因，但這是你們酒店的原因，不是客人的原因，設備老舊壞，那就弄好了換好了再開吧，別坑人了，真的是坑一個是一個啊！
