The preferential standard rooms are on the 10th floor. You have to go up the stairs from the 9th floor. There is no wifi in the room. It is useless to connect to Ctrip according to the hotel's instructions. The main reason is that the hotel signal is not working and the data connection is not available

我網上預訂的特價房，到酒店後發現九樓去十樓要走樓梯，我們果斷在前台加錢升級為豪華雙人間，沒想到的是酒店不開空調，我們是冒着三十幾度上峎山遊玩一身汗的情況下入住酒店，大熱天沒有空調，晚上沒有好的睡眠，那你酒店再好的服務有何用？
我們去前台問晚上能否開空調，前台回覆是等保安來再開，可是等到第二天天亮，也沒有等來空調。

新寧縣汽車西站汽車進站口和乘車入口在大興路上，汽車出站口在崀山大道上。四季崀山酒店就在汽車西站出站口的旁邊10米。酒店裝修時間應該是不長，所以第一印象是嶄新的酒店。設施設備非常完善完美。衞生乾淨整潔。服務人員素質很高，態度很好。房間乾淨明亮，網絡連接通暢。是一家很棒很不錯的酒店。點贊。

不小心把裝衣服的背包落在大堂。前台很熱心的幫忙收起並安排了快遞。附近餐館也比較密集，隔壁餐館食物也不錯。方便長者小孩非常感謝

大堂可以，很大氣，就是保養不到位，新開的時候應該蠻不錯的，裝修有可以，疫情搞的本來就不熱的景區酒店雪山加霜，

還行吧，就是空調太差，一點效果都木有。而且房間沒有直達電梯，還要步行上一層，有點體驗感不太好。但是整體來説還不錯啦。
