The room facilities are a bit old, but the environment is still OK. There are not many good hotels in Xinxiang. I encountered a small problem when I checked in. I didn’t bring my ID card. After struggling for a long time at the front desk, the electronic card in Alipay was not here. I couldn't use it, but luckily I was finally checked in.

The hotel has complete facilities and is cost-effective. The Wi-Fi is strong and the environment is good. It is convenient to go shopping and eat nearby. It is clean and tidy. The room is spacious and the front desk staff is friendly.

The receptionist at the hotel was very enthusiastic and patient in explaining breakfast matters. He also helped us, a group of elderly people, upgrade to executive rooms for free. The hotel has complete facilities and hardware and software, and they also gave us welcome fruits. This was my third stay and I felt at home. It is worth recommending.

Because the hotel is relatively old, the room is damp and smelly, and the shower is difficult to use, making the stay uncomfortable. The most amazing thing is that during the peak breakfast period at 8 a.m. on the second day of the Mid-Autumn Festival, there was nothing to eat, not even cutlery. The children at the next table each had chopsticks to eat eggs fried by their parents. The entire disinfection cabinet was empty, without any dishes, chopsticks, or cups. There are very few cleaning staff and service staff. They are indifferent and have no sense of service at all. They don't even say the slightest apology. They only say that it is not my responsibility and there is nothing I can do. This was the first time for a customer to make an omelette by himself. No more food was served until we left the restaurant before nine o'clock. And although there were many people dining, it was not full. If it hadn't been for a return visit after check-out, I would have thought This hotel is closing. The hotel looks nice from the outside, but I didn't expect the service to be so bad. It was my first time in Xinxiang and I was really angry! When you look at the pictures for yourself, there is no exaggeration in the slightest and the evaluation is completely objective.

The overall decoration and facilities are relatively old, especially the shower room has no door, and the water splashed on the toilet floor after taking a bath is full of water, which also makes the toilet door a bit bad. The shower head is not too strict and there is dripping water in the shower, which needs to be repaired , The daily necessities in the guest room are quite good, and the hygiene is also OK. It is inconvenient to eat near the hotel. The People's Park not far away is well built and you can stroll around.
