空間大，設施有點舊，電熱水壺不會自動停，需要手動。不過，酒店服務很好，還送水果，温泉水很好，空調足，睡得挺好的，晚上有齋飯，外面餐廳也挺多。酒店旁邊的特產店還有特色冰棒！總的來説還是滿意的。

服務：
1. 服務不過關，到店辦理入住時大廳沒有一個工作人員，前台沒有任何提示工作人員去哪了，等了好久有一個酒店的清潔阿姨過來大廳打水，看到我們在等熟視無睹，都當沒看到我們，還是我們叫住阿姨問辦理入住的人去哪裡了。
2. 第一次遇上住酒店不可以續加水的，除了房間內的水，續加要5元一支，隔壁禪泉和悦和莊都沒有這種規定。
衞生：
1.一進雙床房的房間廁所就一股尿騷味，叫了清潔阿姨再次打掃還是非常濃烈。
2. 茶具發黴
3. 房間各處角落沒拖乾淨。我們定的是別墅，別墅都如此，我不敢相信標間到底會多乾淨。
環境：
1. 沒有公共泡池，全是房間內池
2.酒店中庭衹有一片枯敗的草地，盡顯荒涼。
綜上所述，不值這個價錢，起碼兩房一廳別墅不值這個價，同等價位下，建議大家去隔壁悦和莊。

這個酒店隔音非常差，隔壁房的說話聲一一可以聽見。但位置非常方便，就在綠六組寺廟旁邊。衛生程度及服務也有改善空間。

3點到達酒店Check in，3間房間還沒準備好，酒店前台人員說到附近先參觀一下，到4點半再次到達，只有一間房已打掃完，其他房間還在準備中，6人只可用待在一間房，酒店熱水忽冷忽熱，因想試溫泉，所以即時多訂一間溫泉房，想多了解如何使用溫泉，但酒店前台服務人員講多句都辛苦，只好自己去摸索一下，酒店只有早餐及餐廳服務人員比較熱情，如果再會去新興，會再選擇其他溫泉酒店

酒店裝修重開比較新，總體算是乾淨，床鋪乾爽，房間面積很大，池子私密性較好，兩池水夠用，有專用停車場
缺點:
1.隔音差，8:30~21.全區外放音樂，房間外窗隔音等於沒有
2.淋浴水温不穩定容易燙傷
3.洗浴用品質量差而且很難掀蓋，介意的記得自帶
4.泡池底有點滑溜溜，建議搞衞生的時候刷一下

酒店是現代簡約設計，帶上父母一家人入住，空間寬敞，感覺很温馨。廳裏有温泉池，温泉水很好，泡完皮膚滑溜溜的。酒店還送了齋菜自助晚餐，雖然簡單，但味道不錯，關鍵食材好。自助早餐也是品種多樣，食材新鮮。各區域的服務態度都很好，入住體驗不錯。酒店到國恩寺很近哦。
