Nalati Nianhuawan Hayinsai Resort Hotel

The day before check-in, a butler added me on WeChat to book tickets for the Nalati scenic area. The hotel is located inside the scenic area and offers a shuttle service. Breakfast was great, and there was a lively bonfire party in the evening, making it very convenient for sightseeing. A special thanks to our butler, Xiaxia, who was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions. A very satisfying stay, highly recommended.

I highly recommend the Naraty Nianhua Bay Hayin Sai Resort Hotel! The hotel is situated right within the scenic area, which is a fantastic location as it saves you from commuting back and forth to the park entrance every day. This makes it super convenient to catch the sunrise over the grasslands in the morning and enjoy the sunset in the evening. The courtyard-style B&B design has a wonderful Kazakh feel. The rooms are clean and spacious, with floor heating and air conditioning throughout, and excellent facilities. You can see the grasslands and distant mountains right from your window, making for great photo opportunities. I must give a special shout-out to our butler, Zati! His service was attentive and impeccable throughout our stay. Before we even checked in, he proactively contacted us, meticulously explained the scenic area's routes and shuttle bus stops, and even shared many hidden local gems for us to visit. Any requests we had at the hotel were met with incredibly quick responses, and he patiently answered all our questions with warmth and sincerity. Having Zati help plan our itinerary saved us so much hassle and truly elevated our travel experience. The resort also offers free shuttle services within the park, a distinctive restaurant, and even bonfire activities in the evenings. If you're looking for an immersive experience of the Naraty Grasslands, this place is definitely a top choice. I'll choose to stay here again on my next visit!

The hotel is great. It's located right within the scenic area, which is super convenient. The breakfast was delicious. Our butler, Xiao Su, provided excellent service; she was very thorough, detailed, and patient. Thumbs up!

The room was quite spacious. I'm not sure when the hotel was built, but the lack of USB outlets in the room was a bit inconvenient. On the first day of my stay, the floor didn't feel very clean, and there were a few flies. The toiletries provided were good, from a local Xinjiang lavender brand. The butler was enthusiastic and attentive, introducing the different restaurants at the hotel; the Xinjiang food and hotpot were both delicious. The overall layout of the hotel is beautiful, and it's a great place to stay for 2-3 days. The bonfire party in the evening was also lively.

The hotel is conveniently located not far from the scenic area entrance, making it easy to drive out for gas or shopping. The rooms are uniquely designed in a courtyard garden style and come with 24-hour butler service. Our butler, Xiao Ni, was excellent.

No complaints, except for the price. It's a bit expensive, but otherwise, everything was great. (Repeated for emphasis)

This hotel is practically a scenic spot in Narat itself! I originally planned to book a different resort, but then I thought it's better to experience the local culture. The entire property is filled with flowers, with beautiful views at every turn. Each courtyard is unique and meticulously maintained. The rammed earth architecture, the carefully selected paintings and sconces in the common areas, and the vibrant murals truly made us feel like we were in the ancient city of Alula at night, creating an incredible ambiance. Big thanks to the front desk. The manager initially said they were fully booked and couldn't upgrade our room, but somehow, we still ended up with an upgraded room! Our courtyard directly faced the Narat hillside, and it was the same room type as a certain celebrity, haha! The in-room facilities were absolutely five-star standard, and the decor also had an exotic flair. The breakfast was incredibly delicious. I'm still thinking about the noodles and yogurt. The outdoor dining area faces the Narat grassland, which was so relaxing. The location within the scenic area is unbeatable. It's very close to the Sky Grassland, saving nearly half an hour's drive compared to staying outside the park. This allowed us to explore the Sky Grassland in the morning before the crowds arrived. The bonfire party had a fantastic atmosphere! I thought it would just be a simple bonfire, but they had a DJ, a band, and the lead dancer was super handsome! P.S.: A CCTV film crew was also staying here on the day we checked in. We even ran into Mr. Sa and Liu Xueyi. You can't go wrong choosing a hotel that CCTV stays at!

The hotel is located just a short distance inside the scenic area's main gate, offering great views and a superb location. The service is exceptional, and there are plenty of dining options available. It's perfect for anyone looking to fully immerse themselves in Nalati. Imagine waking up to explore the 'sky grassland' before the crowds arrive, enjoying a fantastic breakfast upon your return, and then heading out to see the river valley grassland and Panlong Valley trail – it's just right!
