Rezen Hotel

The room was new and very clean, and the smart home system was super convenient! The front desk lady even upgraded us to a room with a view, which really made our stay amazing! When we checked in, we had two suitcases, and a staff member in a white uniform immediately came over to help us, which showed how welcoming and helpful the hotel staff are! Plus, the breakfast was great too, highly recommend~

Nalati Licheng was a terrible hotel experience in Xinjiang. The shower had serious drainage issues, with water pooling around my feet, making it impossible to take a proper shower. The air conditioning in the room wasn't cooling at all. Breakfast had very limited options and tasted bad.

The room was very clean and tidy, the staff were all super friendly, and the breakfast was the best we've had these past few days! Definitely a big thumbs-up. There was even staff to help with our luggage when we got out of the car. The overall decor is really beautiful!

Wasn't too happy about being given a first-floor room. As a Trip.com member, I was told there was no room upgrade available because the hotel was full, but they actually downgraded me to a first-floor room. Later, they offered free breakfast as compensation. Overall, it was just okay, nothing special.

The hotel isn't on the main road in town, so it's quite quiet at night. There's parking right outside, and it's a quick 5-minute drive to the scenic area's visitor center. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options.

The room was clean and the environment was nice. The only downside was that there was no breakfast. It was windy at night, so I didn't want to go out. Maybe it's because it's the off-season and there weren't many people. It was also hard to order takeout. Apart from the food, everything else was pretty good.

The hotel in Narat is very new. As soon as we arrived, the security guards came to help with our luggage, and the front desk even upgraded our room for free. Overall, the stay was very good, and the breakfast was also excellent.
