不得不説大品牌的連鎖酒店真的不一樣。一進酒店門口的禮賓看到我拿着行李箱和行李就很自然的接過來，前台很漂亮服務態度非常好，提醒我預訂的是無窗房後還免費的幫我升級了房間。進房間後驚艷了我，房間很大衞生間還是乾濕分離的，設施很新並且很人性化，聽前台説酒店會經常性的給房間設施做保養，真的很贊！酒店離的很近的是軒轅湖公園，景色很棒，酒店周圍也很熱鬧打車也方便。還有還有前台還給我送了水果和免費贈飲，總體來説這家酒店是我旅行途中入住的最滿意的酒店了，十分推薦大家過來體驗！

第一次來新鄭華美達酒店，估計也是最後一次了。晚上8點多到的酒店門口，酒店看起來比較黑暗，但是很氣派，有停車場，自動太桿，猶豫比較黑，看到一個門口僅有一個殘疾車位被擋着，沒有任何一個保安，於是我父母讓我進去，問問有沒有地下車位或者問是否有保安指揮，我進去後，大廳很氣派，但是僅看到一位霸氣的美女前台，於是詢問:您好，我們的車是否可以停到殘疾車位裏，他説那不能停，我問為什麼呢，我們車是個殘疾人車，她説那擋着呢，我説是擋車的墩嗎？我移動走可以嗎？美女來了一句，沒有別的車位了嗎？我説我沒看到有啊，我想移走墩停過去，她説，那您能移走何必問我呢？我直接説:我的天，我不問我禮貌嗎？於是我直接出去，準備移墩，但是出去後我一看，它確實是移不動，因為墩下面有石頭綁到了一起。我懶得進去再找她，自己看到了原來遠處有好多車位，默默停好。我現在想請問您美女？是我説話有問題嗎？您不能告訴清楚我嗎？停好車後，進了大廳，我説辦理入住，美女抬頭，哐當把手機往旁邊一扔，但是還是抬頭禮貌問我名字，還有身份證，辦理好後，去電梯，這時又看到一位美女前台在電梯附近，猶豫我再後面哄孩子，我母親再前面去按電梯，她問那位美女，電梯怎麼不開啊，美女直接回復，您得按。然後也確實幫忙按了一下，然後又告知您得按數字，得按數字電梯才會走，但是我沒説話，因為當時兩個孩子在打架，我也沒反應過來，進入房間才感覺這兩位美女，你們細細想想，這是説話是否不妥？如果換一種方式是否更合適？我還真不是啥矯情的人，出來玩了半個月，頭一次讓我覺得辦個入住這麼不舒服，進房間後，房間不小，衞生等都可以，稍微有點老，可能是我要求的有問題，畢竟春節期間300多的家庭房，太便宜了。但是家庭房衹有2套牙刷，2雙拖鞋是否真的合適？不過我還是聯繫了前台，很快有阿姨又給我們送了過來，為此我表示感謝。早餐一般，三星半左右吧，中規中矩。出門説掃碼兩個人都掃碼後不成後，母親把我叫進去説必須掃碼，我進去又去找服務員，告知她不行，最後去了門口，中途未説一句話，她去值班室，我去車上。一句再見或者不好意思都沒有。也許是我自己的問題吧。第一天心情不好，第二天也影響了我。至此不會再踏入這個酒店。不好意思大家，寫的這麼多沒用的廢話，衹是為了緩解自己的心情。

因為高速堵車偶然的機會入住這個酒店，－行出來10多天時間，這是一家四星級當中性價比最高的酒店。酒店位置停車方便、裝修的也很好，餐飲很有特點，很能代表河南當地的水平房間；房間內部被褥比較柔軟，洗浴空間水流量大，疲勞之後洗個澡感到特別愉悦，特向朋友推薦。服務員的態度特別好，主動、熱情、客氣，温馨。

住過好幾個城市的華美達酒店了，這次仍然為了家人能有更好的休息，多開幾十公里還是選擇了華美達。一進門就感受到酒店工作人員的熱情，酒店佈置也非常有春節氣氛。前台工作人員給我和家人都升級了房間，進到房間就看到了暖心的水果、零食、飲料等。這個店感覺設施設備都很新，衞生乾淨，體驗很贊！
