The front desk service was very warm and welcoming. They even offered complimentary fruit and free airport shuttle service. The room was spacious, comfortable, very clean, and well-equipped.

The environment is really nice, and there are many great restaurants nearby. If you're going to Zhengzhou Airport, you should definitely check this place out.

This room is really interesting! There's a swing in it 😂 My wife loved it and played on it all the time, even eating and playing games on it. She said if the swing were bigger, she could even sleep on it 😂. The only downside is that the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. I'd suggest having staff double-check after cleaning.

I really have to commend them for their service!
