It was a lovely room with spacious amounts of space and beds. Although I only stayed a few hours, it felt as if I had already got very good sleep in my stay there.

Good option close to Zhengzhou airport. Big and confortable rooms, pool, gym and very helfull and friendly staff (specially Ms. Orly and Tracy)

The front desk service and sanitation cleaning service are very satisfactory. The scenery is very good and worth recommending. You can also exercise and swim 👍

The room was great, and the front desk staff was very friendly. They upgraded our room, provided free airport drop-off service, and gave us a small doll when we left. I will choose Novotel again when I travel to Zhengzhou in the future.
