Overall, it was very mediocre. The room temperature was around 30 degrees Celsius all night. I called the front desk, and they said the air conditioning was broken. They claimed they didn't expect Zhengzhou to warm up so quickly and didn't have time to fix it. What kind of excuse is that? I asked how they would deal with the hot room, and the staff told me to open the window for ventilation! The room was so stuffy and hot that I ended up sleeping with the curtains wide open. I seriously doubt Ctrip's ratings!!

A special shout-out to the shuttle driver who was exceptionally kind; I have trouble with my legs, and he practically carried me out of the car when we arrived. I was so touched and truly appreciate it. The hotel absolutely *must* commend this driver! Next time I fly and need a hotel, I will definitely choose this place again!
