"Stayed here with my wife and son while visiting family and had a great experience. I was a bit hesitant at first since we usually stick with Marriott properties, but this place exceeded expectations and honestly felt better than many Marriott hotels we’ve stayed at. The hotel feels brand new, very clean, and well maintained. The laundry room was a huge plus for us, especially traveling with a child. Breakfast was convenient and tasty, so we didn’t even need to leave the building in the mornings. There’s also a convenience store right around the corner which made things even easier. What really stood out was the staff. The reception team was incredibly kind and helpful, especially when my son had an emotional moment. Despite the language barrier, check-in and check-out were smooth using an offline translation app. Would definitely stay here again."

"I love the hotel's parking lot in the courtyard; it's always available, so you don't have to worry about not finding a spot if you come back late—perfect for those driving. Secondly, the hotel is quiet. Although it's by the roadside, there's a greenbelt separating it from the noise, so it's not noisy at all. The hotel's location is also great; there's a park just a short walk away, making it wonderful to take your furry friend for a walk! Facilities: New Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, especially the bathroom. My child said the blankets were comfortable and not damp at all. Environment: The hotel and surrounding environment are both very nice. Service: Very responsive, check-in and check-out are quick, and the staff is very dog-friendly. A suggestion: It would be better to have a moisture-absorbing towel at the bathroom entrance so that the floor isn't wet after a bath. Also, there's no exhaust fan in the bathroom; I suggest they install one. Everything else is great, highly recommended!"

"As soon as I entered the toilet, there was a smell of urine. It was very disgusting! I'm really angry. I've never had anything like this happen to me when I stayed at an All Seasons hotel before. There are also unidentified things on the sheets (you can figure it out for yourself). There are also hairs on the sides of the toilet. There's a stink as soon as you enter. It's so disgusting. I won't come back next time."

"We booked two rooms, and when my friends and I checked in around midnight, the front desk service was terrible. My friends came from Beijing and specifically chose this hotel, so they were a bit disappointed. The service was bad, but otherwise it was okay. The room facilities were alright, and everything else was fine. They need to improve their training. It's a pretty good hotel in Xiongxian, so the service needs to be better. The housekeeping lady was very nice, always busy solving problems and very polite. 😅😅"
