We were even offered complimentary show tickets and dinner vouchers, though unfortunately, we didn't have time to use them. For a hotel of this size and caliber, one would naturally expect comprehensive, attentive, and personalized service. However, several aspects left us feeling quite dissatisfied. Firstly, while laundry service was available, it came with an exorbitant extra charge. 30 RMB for a single T-shirt truly shocked me! I've stayed in countless hotels of varying standards, and typically, the higher the star rating, the more inclusive the services – especially considering the non-budget price. To charge for laundry here felt utterly bizarre! Secondly, the elevators could be accessed by anyone without needing a room key, which felt very insecure and simply doesn't justify the price. Thirdly, for the buffet dinner, children were charged the same as adults. I was speechless – does a 7-year-old really eat as much as an adult? On a positive note, breakfast was quite good, with a decent variety of options, and plates were cleared promptly. The service was excellent and truly commendable.
