標題：空氣能燒水器噪音徹夜轟鳴，服務敷衍無解決，體驗極差！
1.噪音聲音明確：
當晚9點半入住後，發現房間樓上有不明機器發出類似“低頻嗡嗡轟鳴聲”，關閉門窗後仍無法阻隔噪音，甚至引發牆體共振，牀板輕微震動。
凌晨10點首次聯繫前台，前台到達房間門口，確認存在噪音，我詢問是否能換房間，對方迴應：“標間滿房了。”我 再次詢問機器能否關機，若不能可否免費升級為2間大床房。前台回覆先跟老闆聯繫詢問能否關閉發出噪音的設備。20分鐘後機器關閉，關閉後未接到前台回訪電話。
凌晨1點機器再次開啟，我進行電話投訴，前台迴應馬上去看一下機器，10分鐘內機器再次被關閉。
凌晨4點機器噪音聲再次響徹房間，帶着崩潰的心情再次聯繫前台，前台迴應：“一直是酒店供熱設備在發出噪音，已經關閉幾次了，不能再關閉了不然沒熱水用”。 此時房間內噪音音量高達55分貝以上，設備音量高達75分貝以上（實測手機分貝軟件數據）。
噪音導致整夜無法入睡，次日頭痛乏力，原計劃的7點前往貴州的計劃被迫推遲，直接損失時間與精力。
問題總結：
1. 設施設計缺陷：噪音設備緊鄰客房，且無隔音措施，屬於嚴重規劃失誤。
2. 應急服務缺失：面對客户合理訴求，僅以“滿房”搪塞，並且並未告知客人機器無法整夜不啟動，未提供任何補償方案。
3. 態度冷漠：從前台到管理層均未展現解決問題的誠意，凌晨4點才第一次告知我設備不能一直關閉，請求讓我互相理解一下，我住酒店是為了睡覺，不是體驗互相理解的。
建議：
1.酒店應徹底檢修設備，加裝隔音裝置或調整設備位置。
2.加強員工培訓，避免“敷衍式服務”重演。
結論：
本次入住徹底顛覆對品牌的信任，攜程頁面宣傳的“安靜舒適的客房”完全不符實際。希望平台嚴格審核此類問題，避免更多消費者踩坑！

環境各方面都還行，但是一定要定有窗户的，不然有異味，不像消毒水就是那種潮濕的臭味。給父母定的，網上價格跟實體一樣，換房間補差價，就不帶早餐了。

酒店位置挺好的，打車幾塊錢就到，不打車走10鍾也到。附近有大型超市和商場等，樓下有火鍋呀，刷羊肉等的店子。房間乾淨寧靜，客服妹子們也挺熱情幫忙的。
