設施：非常好！來旅遊縣裡麪房間又貴環境也一般，想着這家順路還便宜就過來住了，結果很新，各種設施齊全，有空調，麻將機。
衞生：我這個人最在意衞生了，廁所如圖確實太乾淨，馬桶也很新不是那種普通酒店的小馬桶，被子都乾淨柔軟，我帶的一次性被套用不着了。
環境：就避暑可以來這裏住兩個月吧，周邊都是綠植，還可以摘李子哈哈哈
服務：昨天剛好趕上老闆家聚餐，吃了一頓家常菜，還有他們自己種的西瓜，很親切！以後一定推薦朋友過來避暑！老闆生意興隆！

GGuest UserThe new store opened, the hardware is clean and tidy! The store service is really warm, and it is a pleasant stay! Follow-up repairs continue to live here! The room has no decoration smell, clean and tidy. They are all disposable washing utensils, convenient and clean. Small suggestions, can add a round stool to facilitate office more perfect! This stay was impressive and the environment was super satisfied!

環境不錯，還有免費洗衣機跟烘乾機。床睡着也是舒服的。整體衞生也不錯。
不愉快的是，訂的是大床，晚上去的時候，前台小姐姐給我們安排了榻榻米，我們拿着行李上樓下樓來回換了三次，都是榻榻米，本來就挺累的，提着密碼箱幾個包，上樓下樓換幾次都不是大床房。 然後我們覺得這個房間有點小，就問前台，能不能另外補錢然後給我們換個大的房間，前台小姐姐説不能加錢升房！！ 然後我們也懶得在上下跑，就想着先住着，第二天再看，上去用房間裏面的小桌子吃飯，一摸，有小小的一層灰。然後第二天下去應該是遇到老闆了，然後我們就能補了60塊錢，升了房型。 老闆人很好，我們嫌二樓吵，老闆也沒嫌麻煩，給我們換到了四樓。保潔姐姐也很好，聽到我説睡眠不好，問我要不要耳塞。
雖然那個浴巾應該是被洗過消毒的，但還是不喜歡用別人用過的，因為感覺還是會有點膈應，就想着去要一次性的浴巾，前台説，這個房型不配備一次性浴巾，然後就沒給。好在第三天給了一次性浴巾。
還有一個小點，就是，那個一次性拖鞋穿着去洗一次澡，就不能穿了，就濕掉了，感覺有一點不方便。
整體還是很不錯的

From the moment I stepped into the homestay, I was attracted by the environment here. Surrounded by green trees, birds and flowers, as if in a natural picture, people feel relaxed and happy.
The room design of the homestay is unique, retaining the warmth and comfort of the traditional homestay, but also the modern and simple style. The beds are soft and comfortable, making people sleep well all night; the facilities in the room are all available, whether it is the kitchen or entertainment facilities, people feel the convenience and warmth of home.
What impressed me more was the hospitality of the hosts. They always smiled, answered our questions patiently, and provided intimate travel advice. Here, we not only feel the warmth of home, but also make many friends from all over the world to share the joy of travel.
In addition, the surrounding environment of the homestay is also very superior. Whether it is the morning light in the morning or the sunset in the evening, you can enjoy the most beautiful natural scenery here. GGuest User對於這次網上預訂酒店有一些感慨：我在延安天和酒店的前台在去哪網上預訂酒店，不知道為啥就把我定位到這個酒店了，沒仔細看就直接下單了，前台等了一會説沒有看到預訂訊息，我看了訂單才發現位置錯了，然後趕緊取消重新下單，申請取消的時候才知道預訂的酒店訂單確認後就不能取消，如果取消就要扣除全部預付款，我不知道這樣的條款是不是屬於不合理規定，但今早去哪兒網幫我聯繫了酒店，最終扣除了20%預售款，希望大家在網上預訂酒店的時候看仔細些吧，不要跟我一樣馬虎，也謝謝天和酒店的理解
