服務很差，房費含着門票，但不會主動給你。可能是內部結算的時候省點錢吧。這樣，你去坐索道就白跑一趟，酒店會用加微信的方式臨時處理，溝通起來要吵架，很煩。設施也比較陳舊老化了。

酒店位於景區內，憑酒店訂單可直進。環境清幽，木屋獨具特色，入住退房手續便捷。房間乾淨衞生，佈置典雅。有配套飯店，晚餐時有民族歌舞表演，氣氛熱烈。略顯美中不足的是，淋浴間玻璃縫隙過大，水容易濺到外面，洗手池水管有破損，使用時有水流到地面。

我們去的那天人很少，12點入住，給了房卡園區那麼大沒有個引導入住的讓自己去找房子，到了房間一看一點景都沒有！誰是為了看你們爛石頭定的山裡酒店啊？這個房間真是給人整笑了都沒人住房間還給個這麼爛的。第二天上山想着延長一下退房，又沒人住延長都不給延長，***掃興直接退房走了，這破地方不會再來了，哦對了，早餐給上了倆饅頭鹹菜雞蛋，我要發小紅書避雷

建議要不然住主樓，要不然住木屋，公寓樓這裏的設施確實一般，但是價格優惠。公寓樓距離主樓不遠不近，需要爬個大坡。此外酒店早餐普通。但是這裏真的涼快，夏天晚上要蓋被子，而且距離老屆嶺很近。

最近家裡悶熱，領着孩子來老界嶺玩，本來是要回的，坐景交車到去山上，看到了山莊還有房子住，娃子們不想走了，非要住，沒想到老界嶺這這麼舒服，不是第二天有事，還準備續住，等暑假娃們放假，準備再來老界嶺住2天，環境好，服務好，關件乾淨衞生。
