房間面積蠻大，但是設施老舊，插座少，燈光昏暗，有櫃子沒衣架，毛巾浴巾一定要在前台自己領。前台女服務員收100元按金時，我問她收按金的原因是什麼，她説：有人喝房間的大瓶水。我問：賓館不是有兩小瓶水嗎？（其他賓館都贈送）她説，我們沒有。我問：我們喝什麼？她回答説：喝自來水。
房間門反鎖後，怎麼也打不開，電話老闆才打開，怪嚇人的！如果遇到特殊情況，我們都跑出不去！
賓館門旁就是一個賣花圈店，怪瘮得慌！

房間環境極差就不説了。。畢竟年代久了。。前台****？是個大媽，素質太低，*****，看我開的鐘點房，瞧不上，直接安排到一個正在裝修電線的房間，裏面還有師傅在維修，我讓師傅給她打電話説明情況，那傢伙竟然説反正是個鐘點，一會兒就走了，將就將就就算了，實在不行就把他打發過來再換一個。最後，查完房退按金，還衹退現金……不説了，住店體驗糟透了，沒見過這麼噁心的服務。
