酒店從大廳氣派和酒店房間設施，從前台和客房及門衞服務都算得上五星級，如果再建一個健身房就比較圓滿了！早餐品種豐富，停車場很大！大廳內還有各種花茶免費供應，房間內放置的手電筒和吹風機抽屜都有標識，細節做得很成功！前台還主動免費給我升級套房，讓我感覺家的温暖！酒店離曹丞相府和古城很近，景點附近的羣英會餐館菜品種類很多，經濟實惠！

酒店位置非常好就在高速出口不遠，停車位很豐富。酒店非常高大上，入住手續辦理絲滑細膩，服務人員非常熱心職業。酒店客房設施齊全，整潔，房間很寬大，設施很新乾淨整潔，Wi-Fi速度快。床墊枕頭都很舒服軟硬適中。明窗凈幾我們非常滿意。另外早餐大廳餐食擺放非常整齊美觀，中西美食結合、另外還有許昌本地的胡辣湯、丸子湯、羊雜湯、小麪、烙饃等等，特別感謝表揚餐廳女主管，想吃壽司要芥末醬，她二話不説就安排閃送來，提供給我，非常感謝。另外晚上要出門請大堂前台幫我收一下外賣，也非常熱情地幫我辦好了。總之，一切為顧客着想服務好，讓我們有賓至如歸的家的感覺。

設施：設施還比較全，不過淋浴間密封不行，需要放個毛巾在門口，要不然水都漏出去了。房間空調不行，空調開到最低，房間温度一直都是23度。。
衞生：整體比較乾淨，打掃房間也很及時。
環境：晚上比較安靜

臨近高鐵站走過去五分鐘，周邊沒什麼吃飯的地方，提前預約接送站體驗還不錯司機熱情，看內部設施檔次在前幾年應該還不錯，隨着時間推房間設施老舊，再收住房按金有點不合理了，早餐沒什麼亮點
