It was unexpected, it was amazing!
The young lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic. First, she handed two cups of Mengniu yogurt. The room was clean and tidy. The security guard was serious and responsible and helped wash the car, which made people feel warm! The most important thing is that the riverside willow Yiyi is very close to Fat Donglai, very close to the ancient city of Caowei, Zhong Lingxiu, and the people are outstanding! The sanitary environment service is superb, and two bottles of mineral water are also sent before leaving! Is there 6 points of praise? If not, I can give a five-star praise 👍 I will come here next time. It is a very pleasant experience. I strongly like 👍

The stay was excellent. The rooms were stylishly decorated, and the lobby was spacious with a lounge, sofas, chairs, and tables – it was perfect. The front desk service was also very welcoming. It's only a two- or three-minute walk from Li Pang Donglai Times Square, super convenient. The front desk has a luggage room for storage, a refrigerator, and a shop where you can buy Pang Donglai products. There's also a ”treasure chest” with some essentials. The lobby also has signs with daily temperature information. The room cleaning was meticulous, and the hotel offers free parking. The value for money is incredibly high, and they even provide a must-buy list. We couldn't find a single fault with it; we were extremely satisfied with our stay and highly recommend it. This is a very honest review from a Chinese customer – no exaggeration.

SShakeMI love the peaceful sense you get when you are here.🤩 The hotel is in a quiet area and a 20 minute car ride into Xuchang. The hotel is very clean! The staff are super friendly and very helpful, from the front desk to housekeeping. A child size set of toothbrush and slippers we're brought up for my nephew, without being asked for. I feel the hotel is considerate of guest of all ages. 😍 The lady in the fitness room went above and beyond to accommodate me by showing new around the pool area and getting the trainer for my question about a piece of gym equipment. The pool was temperatured well.
The room was well cleaned. The bed was super comfy and had 2 pillow options. The shower felt amazing! There is a balcony on every room, I think.
The landscape is beautiful to look at. I enjoyed the balcony view from my room then took a walk around the campus just for a closer look.
Breakfast was good, as it was a basic and full Chinese buffet. The restaurant and room service are only open during certain hours and ordering Meituan/food delivery takes at least 45.
Overall, i plan to stay again.

It is on a high floor and has an easy-to-find location. It’s the style I like. It’s neither the dullness of old-style decoration nor the overly exaggerated decoration. Everything is just right! ! !

However, the security guard can see the stitch to arrange the location, the hotel is on the side of the road, sleeping at night is a bit noisy

Check-in took the initiative to upgrade the room and sent us to the elevator door. 3. Welcome fruit and yogurt were delivered directly to the room, and asked if I was satisfied with the room. If I was not satisfied, I would change it. 4. The hotel has complete facilities, comfortable sleeping, and good sound insulation. 5. The hotel's breakfast is very rich and delicious. 6. The hotel can park on the ground and underground, which is very convenient for friends who travel by car. 7. It is very close to Cao Wei Ancient City and Times Square Pang Donglai Supermarket. Next time I come to Xuchang, I will choose to stay here.

GGuest UserI highly recommend this hotel. I stayed there for 6 nights. The room is big. Although it looks old, it is well maintained. It is still the tallest hotel in Xuchang. The hotel service is very good. Fruit and facial mask were given for one night. Manager Wang (No. 1019) at the front desk was patient and enthusiastic, and tried his best to meet the needs of customers. The cleaning work was in place, especially waiter No. 1230, who was polite, thoughtful, serious and responsible. Waiter No. 868 was enthusiastic and efficient. The hotel breakfast has a good view, many choices and good quality. The buffet restaurant on the 39th floor has a rich variety of food, and there are discounts for guests staying in the hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of Wanda. It is not far from Xuchang Museum, 360 Square, and Angel City Pangdonglai Store by bus. Take-out is delivered directly to the room. Five-star praise!

The lady at the front desk was very considerate and check-out was very convenient. The breakfast was quite rich, the soundproofing was good, it was quiet, and I had a good rest. The little robot is very cute. We also provided a shopping guide for Fat Donglai. Unfortunately, I arrived too late on the way and left early in the morning, so I didn’t go. The Yuzhou Thirteen Bowl recommended by the lady at the front desk is delicious.
