設施：還不錯，客廳大還有廚房，不過最好帶自己的鍋碗瓢盆。
衞生：OK
環境：離縣城幾公里就有吃

超值，準備從徐聞港去海口，睡一晚三個人，沒想到還有海景，風吹的也舒服。樓下商業缺少，建議在縣裡用餐，超市買好東西帶過來。停車位15元一天，小區門口很多人停路邊不要錢。

在一眾爛尾或還在開發的小區裏面，幾乎全是這類的民宿，環境差，人也雜。床品比較臟，有頭髮，感覺沒換床單。屋內味道重，晚上凌晨不斷傳來説話聲，一晚上沒睡，呆一晚上身上起疙瘩，本來作為渡海的過度，期待不高，品質卻還是低於預期，100一晚都嫌貴，第一次來徐聞，因為這一晚對徐聞的印象直線降低。

房間設施配套齊全，陽台可以看見海，酒店的老闆姐姐也很好，就是房間熱水器是儲水的，前面一個人洗完記得等一會兒再去，不然水會不太熱其他的都還挺好的😀😀

去輪渡在徐聞過渡一晚，房間乾淨衞生，就是這邊的空調衹有製冷，住的時候有點冷啊……然後停車一定停到單元下面，三繞兩繞車容易找不到，哈哈哈
