相對於380元一晚的價格，非常不值，環境、衞生、服務各方面都比較差，衹有方便停車、位置在市中心這一個優點，看看牆上的污漬，床頭兩個插座都是劣質產品，插充電頭都是松的接不上電，也沒有瓶裝水，就是個小旅社的水準卻收那麼高的價格。

總體是比較讓人感覺舒適。環境非常好，特別是周邊的。吃飯，坐車都很方便。要是去旅遊的話，去海南距離碼頭非常近。衞生很乾凈。門口還有免費的停車位，下次過了還會入住這家店，強烈推薦。非常感謝。

千萬千萬別上當，本來出島凌晨一點多了，想着過去湊合一晚上就算了，價格將近300的房間，一進去就沒見過條件這麼差的，大拇指尺寸的蟑螂滿地跑，房間裏沒有一樣東西是好用的，被子褥子按着感覺能按出水來，破水壺臟的感覺剛從垃圾堆裏撿回來的，無奈房間在去哪付款了，不可退，一晚上沒洗漱沒脱衣服從兩點睡到六點趕緊逃，這家店的好評完全是刷的，大家千萬別再上當！

網上消費十年，第一次給了差評，非常非常非常的差，這個分數一定是假的，首先説環境極差，房間非常破而且設施陳舊，一股子發黴的味道，再説這個地點非常的吵，服務更不用説了，不是差的問題了就是沒有，我們到了以後看門口就知道不怎麼樣，所以先看的房間，實在是太差了就沒有入住，就去了別的地方，結果還是扣了費，這麼多年走南闖北，這次是最差的！而且網上價格還要貴點，一定要擦亮眼睛！

態度不好，環境不好，整體比較垃圾。女人不建議住，衞生不好容易傳染病。房間內有異味特別大。如果住最好自己帶被單和被罩。入住後仔細檢查偷攝設備。
