Whenever I travel from Haikou to Xuwen, I always live here. It's very convenient to travel. The room is not very big. Generally speaking, it is relatively clean. It is also very convenient to eat around.

衞生環境什麼的都不説了，便捷酒店本來也沒什麼期待可言…衹是房卡是壞掉的，打不開門。保安師傅修理了一段時間也沒修好，由於第二天一早還要趕路，就提出換房間或者換個時間修理，但保安根本不予以理睬，自己修自己的，搞半天也沒修好…很無語😓

本來預訂前看有很多差評，還心想應該不至於，沒聽勸的還是定了房，結果果然如此。環境設施差，春節期間看着碼頭過港滯留人多坐地起價，最多值一百來塊錢的房間竟然要近六百一間房，前台和經理的態度還極差👎🏻

沒預料到輪渡延遲了六個小時，入住已經另一天早上五點多……本想調整住宿，酒店似乎不太樂意，還説會扣掉一半房費，説給我留了一件空氣好的房間，卻靠着馬路，幾乎沒睡好，門窗都關了，隔音效果還是很差，很吵，早上五點多睡的，八點多就被吵醒……😭

夜晚入住，沒有停車位，保安幫找了好久，還是等隔壁KTV下班以後，才在門口找了一個小位置。房間特別小，開門就是衞生間，衞生也是一言難盡。房間裏的熱水壺是壞的，後來給換了一個。服務態度還可以。會員送一份肯德基早餐。

作為連鎖店，也難怪評分這麼低，一點人情味都沒有，超過時間申請退款了，攜程那邊幫我溝通好久都絲毫不讓步，一分都不退，攜程跟我説酒店很嚴格，如果真的嚴格做得好服務到位是有口皆碑的，我也是當做買個教訓啦。毫無體驗感，我衹能給差評啦。反正我也不知道你們是怎樣利益分割的，也不知道誰在騙我。
