The staff attitude is extremely bad. I booked a villa but got a tent because I rented out the entire villa while I had paid in full. The manager met me and instead of apologizing, blamed the sales department for not having any solutions or replacements and did not apologize at all. I also asked to just consider this an experience. The staff attitude in the resort is frivolous, the service attitude is unprofessional, they do not support the guests but joke and tease them. The BBQ in the evening is out of the question, the food is cold, and the dishes take a long time to come. I asked to eat BBQ but only had rice and salad. The management board, please change the quality of service as well as human resources if you want to have customers in the future. I will definitely put this place on the blacklist and at the same time advise my friends never to set foot in this place.

I went to Hodota Cam Binh to play in early August 2023. The price here is ok, the food is delicious, the surrounding area will not have anything special to visit so I mainly slept and played in the resort. The resort is spacious and I really like it, the beach is a bit smelly and smells like cow dung, I didn't dare to swim, I just chose to swim in the swimming pool. The room is like a normal hotel room, the staff is extremely cute, only on the day of check-out, I worked with a white male receptionist wearing black glasses, I really didn't like the attitude when I asked any questions, he laughed and answered, when I saw the female receptionist trying to politely talk to me, the male rushed the female and looked at the computer. The trip was great until the end, meeting this receptionist made me really lose all feelings about the resort.
