先説優點：
1.位置還行，周邊吃飯方便
2.整體配色素雅，打理得還算清爽
缺點：
1.從上樓到進門，毫無安保措施，出入人員也比較雜，門外環境有點一言難盡。
2.沒有人每天打掃，所以頭一天過後的衞生是沒有人清理的，衞生間提供的捲紙衹有一小卷，第二天也沒有人來續，儲物櫃裏堆放了很多雜物，都沒有捲紙，想着是小事就沒有找過店家了，但是體驗不好。
3.那個地上的千鳥格坐墊有染色的痕跡，不清楚之前是什麼情況染上去的油漬或者顏色，挺臟的，很明顯，入住肉眼可見。
4.衞生間不是乾濕分離，也沒有簾子擋水，洗澡時會把枱麪 馬桶 整個地面全都打濕，也沒有防滑毛巾，容易滑倒。
5.綜合來看，沒有什麼服務可言，價格與全季持平，體驗感不如正常酒店。

設施齊全，衞生乾淨，交通便利出門幾百米就是地鐵，服務態度好。

民宿審美很在線，可見老闆有品味，而且是花了心思的。但是運營還有待提升，特別是衞生方面，衞生間門上隨處可見斑駁的手印，地面角落也是污漬斑斑，影響整體觀感體驗。
