距離徐州東站高鐵站很近，特別是距離西進站口步行幾分鐘即可到達，距離東進站口可從地鐵通道穿過去，也不遠。房間乾乾淨淨，提兩個個人認為的小缺點：電視節目有點單一，床上枕頭少沒法靠背。

衞生環境都很一般，沒有安全感，門鎖保護簡單，會有小廣告卡片從門縫進來.周圍有簡單黃燜雞米飯，蘭州拉麪，米線，靠近徐州東站是唯一的優點，適合歇腳一晚，但在這個價位裏面，相關配套設施環境不是很過關.我買的時候大概176元.送了一天早餐，去餐廳看了一下，能選擇的非常少，不送的話是20元一位，性價比真的不高.總體來説住房體驗一般.
