比酒店好多了，上次來徐州訂了個酒店，房間破舊小而且賊貴
💡[民宿給我的小驚喜]感覺像是回到了家一樣，衹有你想不到的，沒有他沒有的。冰箱，洗衣機，零食應有盡有，很舒心❤️
🙋[對於房東，我想説]房東很有責任心，回覆速度很快，入住體驗感很好。
📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]交通非常便利，樓下就有公交站。不管是去徐州東站還是去徐州站都是很好的選擇。
✨[進入房間第一眼]感覺很好，乾淨衞生，還很温馨。
有空調，冰箱，還有重要的是零食，飲料。而且最主要零食，飲料的價格和外面超市一樣。空調是客廳和卧室各一個。

位置非常好，就在一個商圈裡，距離高鐵站很近。
房間設施很一般，衞生不太好，浴巾一股味道，不像是消過毒的。洗漱用品擺一枱子，都是剩的根子。浴室很小。
價格不貴，這個價格這個位置沒什麼挑的了，不過有選擇的話還是選擇連鎖酒店吧，這個民宿不屬於精緻的那種……
