Xuzhou Yunlong Wanda Plaza Langbo Hotel

This stay was absolutely wonderful! The room was spotless, the decor warm and stylish, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, allowing for a perfect night's sleep. The staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping, were friendly and attentive, patiently answering any questions. They also thoughtfully provided welcome fruit and a handwritten card—perfect attention to detail! The location is also very convenient, with a wide range of restaurants and shops nearby. The facilities are super new, with a smart toilet and separate wet and dry bathrooms. The breakfast menu is extensive, with both Chinese and Western options, and the freshly cooked noodles and ground coffee are delicious. The value for money is excellent, perfect for both business and leisure trips. The lobby is elegant and lush, with vibrant greenery. The room was spacious, with excellent light and a beautiful view. I especially want to praise the service: the response to any questions was super fast, and the small gift upon check-out was incredibly heartwarming. It definitely deserves a five-star rating!

We stayed two nights. The first night, the noise from the refrigerated trucks in the parking lot next to the hotel kept us awake all night. The mattress was incredibly hard, like sleeping on a wooden board, and the bathroom smelled terrible. The next day, we immediately requested a room change and were given an upgrade for an extra fee. We rested much better. The breakfast was good.
