房間很大，地理位置很好，但是個別設施感覺很臟或者是生銹了（圖一）；最大的問題是，樓下就是中專教室，很吵！！白天大早上就有人挪凳子，晚上一直樓下教室一直有人砸牆、吵鬧，很影響休息，聯繫前台，他們説22點前管不了，哐哐哐的鬧得心臟不舒服；還有就是酒店座機打牆上的電話和買票上的電話打不通，好不容易用手機打通了名片上手寫的私人電話（圖二），還被前台質問怎麼不知道8888這個號碼打前台，我怎麼可能知道，按理説酒店房間的座機上會標明電話的，但是沒有，座機上或者名片上或者牆上都沒有8888的字樣，就感覺酒店管理的很混亂

房間面積很大，很整潔，服務很貼心。在入住之前酒店特意提前把空調開成暖風。距離中國礦業大學南門僅隔一條街，非常方便。

服務太好了！前台姐姐人漂亮還熱情，免費給我們升了套房，位置好找，離徐州樂園，方特，雲龍湖都挺近，孩子都不想走了，想留下住幾天😄下次玩還要住這裏，太滿意了！

酒店在礦業大學的邊上，很安靜，也很乾凈！停車場也很好停車，去哪裡打車也方便！ 無論是家庭還是出差也是個很好的選擇！

房間面積大，住的很舒服，房間設施正在升級！前台服務員態度熱情周到彬彬有禮，就在礦大南門正對面下面的小吃和便利店很多，叫車服務很方便，對於學生和家長們在這樣的地理位置性價比高，希望下次來了設施能夠升級完體會更好的入住環境，還會來這裏的！

酒店位置近託福中國礦業大學考場，去趕考住在這裏還算方便，只是礦大校園太大了，到考場還是要走一段時間的，所以要早半小時以上出發。考好後去玩了徐州的雲龍山，禪院等景點。蠻好！

住過很多次了，性價比高，酒店建在銅山中專校園邊上，就在礦大南門對面，去礦大非常方便。就是不提供早餐，周邊吃早餐不是很方便。
