It was okay but when I got there, they told me to be the one who has to go to Police station and report. It took quite some time to check in and I was very tired and hungry. I think they should contact you in advance after having booked online if there are any discrepancies. Perhaps it was the first time hosting a foreign person I don’t know maybe I can understand if so.
Worse of all, I came back to my room in the morning after having a night out, I slept around 6/6:30 am. Then they woke me up with a call at 8. 🥺🥺🥺🥺😩😩😩😩 language barrier came in, few minutes later a knock on my door. OMG 😱. Asked for a passport again.
All in all I hope it was because they are not used to hosting foreign nationals and next time the experience will be better.

徐州爆火，酒店漲價很瘋狂，就不説性價比了，衹説實在不能忍的吧，
1、房卡打不開，用打掃阿姨的開了後，就沒處理了，還是等下樓自己拿下去的。
2、水龍頭打開留了半分鐘黃色的水，不是淡黃，真的是深黃色，我洗臉都一股鐵銹味
3、牆面返潮，開裂那是隨處可見
4、睡眠不好的千萬不要住這裏啊，因為在火車站正對面，那一晚上的火車轟隆聲就不用睡覺
5、隔音很差，隔壁説話聲，聽的那叫一清二楚

一開始在**上下的訂單189，到店後説**沒有給訂單發給他們讓我們聯繫**，後來退款讓從其他平台從新拍，最後在攜程重新拍239，酒店比較舊，最讓人忍受不了的是一點不隔音，早上五點多大巴車聲音還有説話的聲音吵的人睡不者，其次就是床頭沒有插座,晚上手機充電還要在其他的地方充，比較好的就是它有停車的位置

態度極差。前台一個戴眼鏡的女子，非常差，住了兩天，要走了心情被搞崩….. 説別人的時候，是不是要看自己身上可有問題…..第一天晚上來辦入住前台夜班的小姐姐態度很好，吹風機壞了，還找人給我們送上來了。華潤旗下的品牌酒店服務態度就是這樣的？經常出去玩，各個城市，住過無數家酒店，貴的便宜的，都住過，第一次給酒店差評，不知道你們家怎麼處理。。兩天下來的打車，對司機，地鐵工作人員都覺得親民，不知道為什麼這個女的一點點情商都沒有。。

不會再住第二次的酒店，設施很破舊，地面牆面到處臟兮兮，早餐盤子和碗真的很臟，換了一個還是很臟，餐廳左邊直沖衞生間，放粥的那邊走過去就有很重的騷味，一言難盡

設施很老舊，窗户漏風，樓下有喇叭一直放廣告，總之晚上睡覺很吵。
插座在牀頭櫃後面，要搬開桌子才能用，非常不方便！！而且標間裏沒有抽紙，衹有廁所有捲紙。
唯一的優點就是離徐州站近，其他沒優點了😰

感覺開賓館，位置很好，徐州火車站出站抬頭就能看到，距離很近，左右兩邊都有大型商場，吃飯購物都很方便。床是夠大，感覺是老賓館改造的，但是相對來説，這個價位，地理位置，還是非常有性價比的。前台服務很好，尤其退房時的小姑娘，非常熱情，在此特別指出。

設施比較陳舊，客服電話無人接聽，熱水不熱，衞生間地板跑水。有車的別來了，沒地停車，我們在對面火車站停車場停了一晚花費30元。
