Unfortunately, the flowering period of the valley has passed this season. It is hot in summer, and you can basically only stay in the hotel during the day, as shown in the picture. Hygiene: Every place in the hotel is very clean. The cleaning lady (local) enthusiastically helped us clean the hot spring pool again. Service: Shili Fangfei is creating high-end cultural tourism, but I don’t know what the concept and positioning of the service is? In addition to the professional and smiling service in the restaurant, many other questions are answered one by one, without emotion and warmth, and the overall sense is biased. (The lady who made sachets with the children was very gentle) When I checked into the hotel, I encountered parking problems. I called the hotel three times in a row but no one answered. WeChat was also busy... A small accident in the playground; the child's finger was scratched in less than two minutes after entering the playground. Later, it was found that there was also a wound on the leg. The staff was called in for disinfection in time. After that, except for asking on WeChat and saying that they would investigate, there was no formal apology and no follow-up... The hotel's handling method and attitude are inevitably disappointing.

酒店修在山谷裏面，像一個童話世界，服務很貼心，進村後有服務員迎接，拿行李，帶着去辦理入住，服務很貼心！酒店房間很舒服，私湯温泉很方便，配套也很完整！酒店的配套設施也很不錯，有手工體驗，環境也很自然，餐飲配套很完整，園區內的花朵植物也很漂亮！

酒店真的很漂亮，服務也非常好，酒店萌寵樂園小朋友大人都真的好喜歡，前台還幫我們升級了房型，太棒了👍，酒店的跟拍攝像師也是非常棒，棒棒噠👍👍👍👍👍👍，拍的非常漂亮😍，比手機真的拍得好多了
