Nos encontramos una cucaracha en el labavo y una en la habitación durante la estancia.
Pedimos ayuda porque habíamos perdido un objeto en el autobús y no podíamos acceder a las plataformas de contacto y no nos ayudaron.

Il faut marcher entre 15 et 20 minutes pour arriver à la gare de bus pour aller à Bifengxia ou Shangli.

設施：客房配備齊全，智能馬桶、恆温花灑提升了舒適度，床品柔軟度適中，隔音效果良好，即使在走廊也聽不到明顯噪音。但部分房間的空調製冷稍慢，需要提前開啟。
衞生：細節處理到位，桌面、鏡面無灰塵，衞生間邊角乾淨無異味，床單被套無污漬，浴室防滑墊定期更換，讓人住得放心。唯一不足是地毯邊緣略有毛髮殘留，清潔可再精細些。
環境：大堂設計簡約大氣，香氛清新不刺鼻，公共區域綠植維護得很好，充滿生機。客房窗外是城市景觀，夜晚燈光柔和不刺眼，整體氛圍安靜愜意，適合休息。
服務：工作人員熱情專業，辦理入住和退房效率高，主動告知周邊交通和用餐訊息。客房服務響應及時，提出的需求10分鐘內就能解決，保潔阿姨清理房間時會輕手輕腳，避免打擾休息。
