All three bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged off the main living space. The master boasts a king-size bed and a full attached bathroom, while the other two spacious rooms each have there own vanity and sink and share a full bathroom. The second room has a queen bed, and the third room features a full sized bunk bed which can accommodate 4 people. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with modern amenities, including an island, stove, refrigerator, toaster, oven, Keurig, pots, pans, and all cooking essentials. A large dining area with an eight-person table and additional seating at the island ensures ample space for family meals. For added convenience, there's a full-size washer, dryer, and mudroom in the rear entrance. Luggage racks and storage options in each bedroom make unpacking a breeze. Outdoors: Situated on 10 acres of mountain-side property, the backyard is fully fenced and surrounded by US Forest Service land. Enjoy a large patio with outdoor seating, a gas fireplace, and a gas barbecue. Relax in the six-person hot tub with stunning views of the mountainside, star gazing and canyons or go for a beautiful walk in nature. Activities: Explore nearby hiking trails, hundreds of miles of ATV trails, and rivers for fishing and hiking.
