Stayed one nite. Mexican restaurant next door overated Walkway by the river nice. Burger King next door was good. Breakfast was average. Out side pool and jacuzzi was cold.

Trucks pulling trailers were allowed to take up much of the parking forcing cars to squeeze into the remaining space.

Wonderful. It’s clean and quiet. Front desk was very helpful. The bed and pillows are fantastic. We would stay again!

We stay here as a mid point overnight from Montana to Washington. Mexican restaurant next door is good and gives you a discount when staying. Continental breakfast is average. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.

Other rooms face the river and easy access to the walking trail along the river. I also liked that every room had a balcony.

Staff are wonderful. Bed was comfortable. Good water pressure in shower. Being on the walking path was really convenient. River view nice. Balcony nice (sun doesn't ever hit directly, so pleasant to sit outside). Slept with slider open at night for fresh air, and freeway noise surprisingly was NOT an issue. Breakfast is the generic mid-level hotel offerings- good enough for a free meal. Elevators are eerily slow... Mexican restaurant next door is awesome.

I like the service and that the hotel is on the river and all rooms face the river. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast is great. I needed to walk to/from the convention center a couple times and crossing Yakima Ave is very difficult and dangerous. It is a busy road with freeway ramps nearby. There is no traffic light nearby.

It’s time for an update!
It’s time for an update. I’m certain this place hasn’t had a paint job in years. Newer flooring in the room though so that was nice. The floor by the slider was littered with dead bugs, cobwebs in the corners. Yuck. That said, they did have all the essentials.

The location was convenient to the activities we came for but the River and the River Walk was a bonus.
The Staff was always helpful and positive.
This was our first stay but it won't be our last.
