I have a booking with my wife and daughter I have a booking with my wife and daughter for 3 nights in ramada tarabzon when we received the room we were surprised that the room was with 3 single beds we contacted the reception to change to a room with a double bed and an extra single bed , we were informed that tonight nothing is available but they will make an Arrangement tomorrow to transfer to the reserved room , on the next day we were shocked by the hotel manger mr ameen who was extremely rude and denied they have any double rooms in the hotel plus he said that all the rooms in the hotel are single beds and there aren't any double beds , and he said that the only way to provide a double bed by combining 2 single beds , we weren’t satisfied with the answer but we went along with him because we were starting the day with a planned tour and we couldn’t wait much longer and when we came back at night unfortunately nothing changed we aren't happy with the situation and aren’t satisfied with our experience with ramada because we aren't used to this type of treatment from ramada

This is my second time staying at Ramada Hotel. It is a very good hotel. I dare to say that it is one of the best hotels in Trabzon in Turkey. It is a real 5-star hotel. Excellent management. It has trained personnel with excellent hospitality. I am very grateful to Mr. Berat for his sincere and respectful treatment in the reservation. And any request we have, they do it for us immediately. I recommend everyone to stay at this hotel without any hesitation

It's a beautiful location and excellent facility. I would like to say that the front desk staff spoke English well and was helpful. But unfortunately we had a negative experience with the restaurant staff. They avoided us and were giving us bad looks. I don't know if it is because we are not locals or what. The staff really needs to work on hospitality skills. In the huge dining room, the food was beautifully laid out, but the staff didn't greet us, and we were the only people in the entire room at the time. Even though everything about the hotel seemed excellent, I would not return there for this lack of hospitality reason.

We chose this hotel as one of the best in Trabzon. Overall it was okay but several points the hotel management would be good to consider: 1. It was totally unclear when housekeeping service comes. We were told at around 10, but we seen it comes anytime during a day. So with water bottles, they may remember about you at 6 pm in evening and bring water bottles. 2. When Cleaning services come (not housekeeping) they would bin anything partially they see - chips, used water, halfly remaining pack of seeds, whatever they see. And when I asked Why, the say cause it s used and could accept the fact that I have not eat all the chips over a night because tomorrow cleaners will just bit it if I left some. I never seen something like this anywhere in the world, especially in top hotels. Cleaning itself is average, of you heen in Dubai or Abu Dhabi Ramada, dont expect the same here. 3. When I asked reception for iodine, that should be in any first aid kit, they said we dont have it. 4. There were no toothbrush and tooth paste in the room on a first day, and when we askedz they brought only one however there were 2 of us. Second they brought later, but brush seems to be used before, so I bought new one. Plusses: Location, near the Black sea, sandy beach Breakfast is very good

The staff are very polite, the facilities are great, in this time of visit was not crowded and it was a good point for me. The pool is great, it doesn't have a private beach but next to the public beach. The breakfast is very good. There is a great spa and indoor pool as well

This is my second stay at the Ramada, as I have chosen to book it among many other hotels in Trabzon. Unfortunately , this time I made a mistake! Why? Well, I came across a rally unpleasant and disappointing incident. Unfortunately,a very rude staff from the room service who tried to make me sign against my will after I requested to pay my invoice in cash!! He was aggressive and not polite!This is the first time I face this issue and it completely ruined my stay at the Ramada hotel. Imagine paying a lot of money for the hotel to relax in your own room and someone walks in and talks to you in a disrespectful way without even a reason!!!! I hope the hotel take a suitable action and do the needful to reflect a goog image of the hotel. ADEL BEHBEHANI.

The hotel looks new and modern, is bright, clean and quite big and has has an excellent location by the Black Sea. Our room was on the 5th floor. was large, clean and had a balcony with a wonderful view of the sea. All the amenities expected were available and the breakfast had an impressive selection of very tasty options.

I think this hotel deserves all 5 if they be more clear about city view as being next to the busy highway, even though, the rooms were still pretty quite, occasional raving truck can be heard in the room.

Clean , food not variable. Not like 5 stars hotels of turkey as the price is not all inclusive. Even water is not for free. Noise isolation should be better. Overall average experience but I don’t think I’ll repeat it especially that it’s also away from city center

It is one of the best hotels in Trabzon. Excellent staff. Wonderful breakfast. The hotel is very, very clean. It is just a little far from the city center. It was not a problem for me as I had a car. I recommend everyone to go to this hotel
