Hotel Kiraku

It was very conveniently located in the heart of Yuda Onsen ♨️. The parking lot was spacious and free. I stayed in a single room, which had been renovated and was very clean. The staff were all very friendly, and I would like to stay there again. The large public bath was open until morning, and the room's bath also used hot spring water, so I was very satisfied. I paid 1300 yen for breakfast, and it was a healthy buffet style with a wide variety of delicious options.

The room was reasonably spacious, but the service was terrible... If you ask for an extra pillow, you have to come to the front desk to get it! I've never stayed in a hotel like that before!

The hotel has a large sense of space. This is definitely one of the five largest rooms I've had in my nearly 30 years of staying in Japanese hotels. There are 28 square meters. There are relatively few places to shower in the large public bath. Others are fine. There are three set times for breakfast. Each segment is only half an hour long. A bit stressful for us leisure travelers. Others generally satisfactory. There is also some space for putting on shoes when leaving the room. Very appreciated

The front desk staff were very friendly and everyone was always smiling. One thing that bothered me was that a Korean or Chinese person got into the bathtub without washing themselves, and after soaking for a long time, they started lying down on the edge of the bathtub, which made me feel uncomfortable.

The room had been renovated and was very nice 😍

Very good, the parking lot is huge and it's free.
