車がなければアクセスできませんが、その分、周囲に人工的な明かりはほとんどなく、夜10時過ぎには満天の星空が見えます。天気次第ではありますが、それだけでもここに宿泊する価値があります。宿はロッジ仕様で簡単な自炊はできますが調理器具は持参が必要です。なお、夕食は焼肉を付けることができ、朝食は前夜のうちにパンとスープ等簡単なものが配布されます。部屋の清掃は行き届いていますが、夏場は虫と出くわす可能性が高いです。私が泊まった時は小さいムカデが顔を出しました。
