Yan'an Nanlin Hongyue International Hotel

Facilities: Old, although renovated, it's still old. Cleanliness: So-so, there were stains on the bed. Environment: Average. Service: Not bad, they were proactive in handling problems.

The room was exceptionally clean and spacious; it was the best stay I've had in a long time. Xiao Chang at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and attentive. My first choice for future trips to Yan'an.

The room was too cold, only 20 degrees Celsius all night. It couldn't get warm at all, and I almost froze to death at the Yan'an Nanlin Hotel. It was impossible to stay there.

Facilities and Cleanliness: The hotel is newly opened and located in the city center. All facilities are brand new, clean, and tidy. The rooms are also spacious, and the one I stayed in had a view of the Yan River. Service: The receptionist was extremely friendly and attentive during check-in, patiently explaining everything. Breakfast: The selection was plentiful, clearly categorized, and varied. I highly recommend the bagels! Special thanks to Ms. Chang Jinning, the receptionist, who, upon learning we had children, proactively offered us a complimentary breakfast. A sincere thumbs up! 👍

The breakfast was plentiful, the rooms were very spacious, and the underground parking lot had ample spaces and was free. The front desk booked a performance for us back in Yan'an; the effect was stunning and deeply moving.

There was a supermarket and bus stop downstairs, and the area was very close to attractions, making for a comfortable stay and dining experience.

The room was very spacious, making it convenient for families with children, with two 1.5m beds. Parking was also very convenient, with a large surface parking lot. The breakfast was good, and I would definitely book again next time, mainly because the room was so big.

The rooms were nice, all the standard rooms had 1.5-meter double beds, and breakfast for the kids was included. The service was OK 👌.
